We waited to be seated, and then we waited 20 min we gave up and left my husband was in the biz and would understand if there were in the weeds, no one even greeted us or even said I'll be with you soon. The Host never said someone will be with you. We have never had such bad service.
My friends and I had a great experience at this Chilis location. Our favorite drinks were the Captain Castaway and Skinny Margarita. The Green Tea shot was good too. The food was so good as well. You can order any burger and replace with the black bean patty. The Santa Fe was spicy and delicious! We also ordered the steak with asparagus, one of the taco bowls, and others. I love this restaurant, there was a moment when the food was not as good but they did a 180. I got the margarita chicken with rice and beans. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go to.
