Took 20 mins after I got my food to get my Caramel frappe. When they came to the window they were clueless trying to give me some ones else's food. Waited like 5 more mins for someone gave me the watered down frappe and to tell me it was down. They took 20 mins to fix it to give me my frappe and then he tell me it was not down and I said you should let people know then he said it was not down. They can't even get their story straight. But then again it took 20 mins to do a frappe!!!
I have gotten used to visiting this McDonald's and every time I go to a different one I am so disappointed because I have been spoiled of how on the ball they really are at this location. The one on Boynton Beach boulevard and military trail is the McDonald's of HORRORS!!!!! (I hope management see this)

Seems like a lower class McDonald's. The man that does the cleaning is the best thing about the employees in that location I told him he was the best thing in the store he made sure everything was very clean he picked up the trash that people left behind.Kid-friendliness: Children will like itWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs
