We had Chef Michael cater our wedding event on two days (both a hors d’oeuvre cocktail party and brunch). The sandwiches he and his staff produced on the cocktail party were exceptional-delicious and well fitted in our sandwiches around the world theme. His staff was on top of food being prepared and helping the guests with drinks. The desserts were also incredible- a key lime pie treat and more small dishes for the palate. Starting from the beginning: Chef Michael made a great impression on the 1st phone call and I was immediately comfortable hiring him for my birthday party dinner for 14. He arrived with fantastic helpers who set up the table and guest area beautifully while he took over the kitchen. The food was superb and served in grand style. Everyone enjoyed the 5 star experience and would highly recommend Michael for a creative and delicious event.
