It was busy and staff was a bit overwhelmed. Not their fault but they were handling a disabled customer, a very angry customer, and a surge of walk-ins and drive-ups all at the same time. We ate at a table outdoors and it was pleasant. My ice-cream came out before my sandwich. Angry customer was unnecessarily wildly out of control making it uncomfortable for everyone.
I don't normally eat Fast Food. Would not have visited if not had bogo coupon.Did not get name of young woman. Receipt only says, Server Reg2, 12/17/23, 1:05pm. Order ID: AAAE4LXQAEA4. She was very polite, reviewed order. Kudos on her service!Burger was tasty, made as requested. Unfortunately gave me sever indigestion. Previously have enjoyed their Ice Cream. It is truly above and beyond the quality of any competitor.
