Food: top notch, tasted great, even the oatmeal! Service: very friendly but perfunctory Ambiance: real standard, the First Watch formula but more crowded and less charming - there is outdoor seating, but it's on a parking lot Price per quality: honestly, really inexpensive

We love this place!…the food and ambience are fantastic!, plus the service is first rate!…In fact we had the same server we had last May when we were here on vacation and she remembered us!, now that we will be living down here, definitely will be eating there a lot more!…If you want great home cooked food, with Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free options, this is the place to go!!!
