I used to love this place but then it was only night shift that tried, now it seems like barely anybody is trying. Walk in and the food maker (who actually does great most days!) is completing the order I’m there for. Despite saying and even yelling that it was the order I was there for, I wasn’t even acknowledged. I have tried to eat at this location 3 times all three times i have been told i have to use a kiosk to order all three times i have explained to the employees that i dont want to use it . All three times there were employees just standing around 2 of the three times i have asked for the franchise office # and was told no or as today i was told by management they didnt know it .
