For some reason this exact location at the mall never has anything at 5pm, as if they are already closed. 3 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing, while there is a line a mile lokg at the other location. Common sense would tell them more pretzels=more profits. No excuses when there are 3 ladies just standing around doing zero
The girls that worked today were so nice but they looked so over worked and tired. Idk if this is a staffing problem or what but if it is...get them some help! I've worked in customer service and food industry for 8+ years and I know an over worked employee when I see one. Stressed, tired, exhausted. I get that u have a buinsess to run but be the better employer and treat ur staff right. Don't leave them out to dry. They're the reason u have a company and a paycheck coming in....read full review
