I placed an online order and set the pickup time for an hour later to give them ample time to prepare our order. I arrived at the specified time and waited over an hour to receive the order. I ended up working late due to a heavy patient load today. Stopped by to get BWW for dinner. I ordered from the parking lot on the app and went in right on time. Maybe waited 5-7 minutes and was an 8 minute drive home. The wings were cold, and fries were cold, too. I'm pretty disappointed that I made sure to order and go in right away when they were ready and then still had cold food. Plus, there was hardly any sauce on the wings. TL;DR - Clean dining areas. Food is hot, flavorful, and cooked well. Only took a star from service because the person at the register asked my name, dropped my food, and left without saying anything.
