First time visiting this place and I will definitely be back. The ice was so soft and there was so much syrup within. The guy working there was so patient and informative. He even gave me some recommendations and showed me the secret menu. I LOOOOOOOVVEEEEE THIS PLACE. 10/10 recommend!
When snowballs closed near me trying to find something that hit home for me like snowballs this was the place I found. I’m from Kailua Hawaii and this is the best shaved ice I’ve ever had!! I haven’t been home since 2009 so finding places like this that makes traditional food and treats makes me feel close to home.

I love love love their shave ice! It's so refreshing especially in Florida hot weather. Their service is super friendly and the amount of shave ice they give you is A LOT! I recommend if you order a long board to ask for extra syrup because sometimes, it bottom is just ice. But don't forget to ask for EXTRA condensed milk! Also, I love there is a few tables to sit and hang out while enjoying it! Highly recommended for families.
