It was my first time eating here at Mama's Soulfood.I ordered the Oaxtail dinner with yellow rice, Collard greens and macaroni cheese.I just moved here from Miami,Florida 10 months ago..I was very dissatisfied with the Collard greens which had a distinct odor and wasn't completely cooked. Oxtails was very salty. Rice was okay and the Macaroni cheese was delicious. I was very disappointed with my experience. I grew up on soulfood from Miami. Mamas Soul Food was over the top. It has great service, awesome hospitality, and beautiful spirits. The food was amazing and cooked to perfection. We recommend them to the world!!

Food was nothing to brag about very bland in flavor. My husband and I talked over the specials menu while a guy stood behind the counter right in front of us, waiting for us to decide what we wanted.Once we decided then he informed us they had no ribs. We decided on something different and ordered that. Went to pay and wait on our food. After standing there waiting, we were rudely informed we could sit it would be brought to us.
