Update 1/22/2024- I'm really happy to update my review. I don't know if it was all the negative review feedback or what, but I placed a mobile order today, picked it up, opened it and it was finally good. I placed it on a whim because I wanted rice. Well, the rice was finally cooked right. Chicken finally not really salty. Perfect assembly of my bowl. Thank you, please keep it like this ❤️How can you mess up Chipotle? Food was dry, and very small portion for the price.... tables were very dirty and drink machine was out... staff seemed over helped and put more priority on online orders rather then in house

Definitely don’t go if you don’t see your usual good staff. Short lady and a younger man with gold chain necklace that tries to almost scam you out of your own food. If a certain group of staff is not there, just leave. Nothing is complete in that store otherwise. Was a regular customer but will leave anytime I see a certain set of employees. LOL (after 9:30… keep in mind they are generally open to 11)
