Going to Mcdonalds you don't expect top notch service but this one was particularly bad. Both bathrooms were out of order and were clearly understaffed so food took almost 25 minutes. Overall not a great experience and lots of room for improvement.

The worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Ralphie May and Mariana argued the whole time. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a mcchicken. Simple right, ummm no I should have just collected seaweed from the beach and called it a day. Never again. Save yourself hours in the bathroom and eat somewhere else. You've been warned.

Employees stood around and did absolutely nothing while the manager, a really old guy who probably could have used help and should honestly be retired rest his soul, did everything. The point of employees being there is to work, not stand around doing jack squat while there are customers in the store. Don't want to work, don't show up.

2 adults & 3 kids . Walked in and right back out. As we walked in the man at register asked if we were ready to order and we asked a for a little bit ( so we could discuss with the kids) employee rolled his eyes and we got a bad vibe immediately. Then the employee wiped his nose with a napkin and tossed the Napkin is trash and started looking in the food bag for the customer in front of us. At that point we decided to leave. Just thought he would wash his hands or sanitize but nope. Won't be visiting this trip.

Parked, ordered, stepped outside to the boardwalk to eat my food because it was so crowded inside. 10 minutes later, my car goes by on the tow truck! Says customer parking!! Was told the tow truck driver came inside and asked about every car! Thankfully I had family nearby to give me a ride. $140 to get my car back! The manager said I had to be INSIDE the McDonald’s even though the sign only says 30 MIN CUSTOMER PARKING! I was there less than 20. Will never be back!!

Decades long customer and here’s what you need to know.This is not a typical McDonald’s. This is a tourist trap and they price gouge the visitors. A large Coke is over $3 and no free refills. The manager wanted to charge me a dollar for a refill. I won’t be back. So great job…for the penny you saved, you lost another customer.Pros:Convenient spot on the beachOnline order worked greatFood was exactly comparable to other decent McDonalds locationsCons:Only a few tables inside and a few outsideVery small insideNo free refillsPriced to take advantage of the travelers…Ex: 1/4 pounder meal is over $11This is more of a “to go” location.If you don’t mind paying more for the same stuff at other locations, this is fine.If you’d like to sit down for an inexpensive meal, take a pass.
