Guy at the register couldn't be more pleasant.... Which is sarcasm if you didn't catch that.The cookies and cream milkshake was really good though!Burger was so-so, the meat had a weird texture and the great value brand ketchup was an interesting choice.I do hope they make it, and are able to afford quality products in time.I'll try again in a few months, hopefully by then they have figured it out.Ordered two burgers, a fry, and the milkshake, after tip was about $27
I was in the area so thought I'd check them out. I was greeted and helped promptly by Kevin. Customer service / cleanliness of the restaurant is solid 5 stars. Food is 3 stars. Why? Basic basic... I'm strongly disappointed about my Duo Burgers overall because of the meat patty being flat / thin & sadly small. Of course I'm full aware of the 3oz size portion. Anyway ... will I be back ? Unfortunately HARD NO. Personally I'd prefer to rate a 1 star review but because of overall...read full review

I wanted a burger a couple of days ago and walked into BurgerIM and had a most delicious burger. Asked for crispy fries and they were perfect.The young man that helped was very informative and friendly.So next time you are near Countryside and want a great burger, try BurgerIM. You won’t be disappointed.
