I have never changed a review before on Google but when I heard that they’ve improved I had to go check it out for myself. When I pulled up to the drive through a very clear and professional voice greeted me and repeated my order back to me correctly. I was shocked so I pulled up and Shawanda took my order. This lady has to be behind making this checkers better. She had a great attitude and extremely professional and sweet. She made me feel like I was at mom and dads house....read full review

I am a big supporter of the food from checkers however I do expect to get what I pay for get a fry lovers XL and it's only filled about two-thirds full. It's supposed to be full. I mean if I'm paying that much for a Frye leather XL I expect it to be full like all the other times I come to checkers. Lately they've seemed to have gone downhill.

Both of the sandwiches we ordered were missing ingredients we ordered, which is the only reason I choose a bigger burger. Both of the fries were smaller than the sizes I ordeed. So just kind of threw away money.
