This location has been going more and more downhill. Teenagers taking orders wearing headphones and not listening to the person taking the order or even putting the order in wrong. I had to start going inside to get my order correct till now seeing they are more focused on getting the drive thru cars out than getting the food to the people inside at a decent time. I’ll just go down the road to another location.

Been here 3 different times and will definitely be the last, never faster than 30 minutes. Place is an absolute joke, slowest chick fila in the world and they could care less. Just sat in line for over 20 minutes and line never moved on top of the 15 minutes before that. Already paid for my order and got out of line anyway

This was horrible..I did delivery and this food, well, the fries were old looking and rubbery and the spicy chicken sandwich had been refried to the point it was almost burnt..the mac n cheese was no doubt from the day before. Waste of my money!! 30.00 bucks for something going straight in the trash. Milkshake was the only doable thing..but a small for over 4 bucks..smh

Ordered a 12 ct chicken nugget meal and they gave no 0 sauce’s and raw nuggets. It was disgusting ??. I love chick fil a but this has turned me off for a long time. It’s gonna take a long time to forget the look of the nugget.

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A a couple of times. Both times I had to wait 15-20+ minutes in the drive through. This location badly needs a remodel. Single lane drive through outdated-looking speaker and menu. Wish they would have people outside taking orders. Overall the people are nice and the food is good like always, but the wait times are not usual for Chick-fil-A.

This has to be the WORST CFA ever!!!! A couple times I’ve ordered from here and I would order a large fry. They would give me a large fry that had normal sized fries at the top and then CRUMBS and broken pieces of fries at the bottom. But TODAY was IT for me!!I ordered a CFA- sandwich and added pepper jack cheese, WHICH IS A CHARGE FOR THE CHEESE…and what did they give me?…. A CFA SANDWICH WITH NO CHEESE…..They NEVER answer their phones so how are they supposed to correct customers problems. TODAY IS SATURDAY 03/23/2024 I would have went back but I was too far by the time I noticed their ERROR!! I will be up there MONDAY 03/25/2024 and I WILL get it rectified. Smh, THE WORST OF THE WORST CFA’s!!!

Could you please always good a good place to go to the reason why I rate this one with three stars is that every time I've been there they always forget something I mean the people that are nice and like to go above and beyond to try to make sure that you have a good visit there but every time I've gone they always forget something and I think it's a little frustrating especially when I live in St Petersburg but honestly other than that the food's good the service is good clean
