Im seeing these negative reviews, but I think maybe the manager got fired or they hired new staff. My mom specifically asked me to leave a review because the young men working here were so kind and efficient! It's rare to see hard workers these days. (Feb 28th at 9PM). They really were hard working and kind and the place was spotless! It's a normal Chipotle but wanted to throw this squad some praise

This is the closest chipotle to me and i swear every time i come to this one i regret it. The service is absolutely garage, it’s disgusting in there and they take so long. Waited over 30 minutes for an order made online as all the workers are in the back goofing off . There is no structure or any managerial support.. take the time to go to another location..

This specific Chipotle is ALLERGY FRIENDLY!!I have food allergies and I am always worried about Chipotle messing up my burrito like I have experienced in the past however I told the staff about my allergies and they immediately changed gloves, cleaned off the station and made sure to make me a clean allergy free burrito and making sure to take extra precautions. Thank you to the staff, especially Andy Mancilla and Kobe Nunez, for making my dinner amazing and 110% Safe while I visit Clearwater, Florida. As with most restaurants these days $ 20 isn't going to fill you up.
Tried to order in the restaurant at 8pm on a Sunday (today) and they said they were out of steak! Asked for the special carne asada as they are still advertising and one worker asked the other worker if he was going to cook more steak and the other worker relied “no not tonight!” They close at 10pm. I wonder if the owner knows how poorly ran this chipotle is or if the owner even cares. Went to countryside chipotle and much better service.
