I love Dunkin Donuts, my go-to place wherever I travel, but this location is horrible. The drive-thru employee was somehow in a rush to take the order. He didn't even allow my son to finish talking and interrupting him with "what else" and "what else." His interruptions still resonated in my head. Very disappointed. Why is it that some Dunkin employees think putting spread on one half of a bagel is the proper way to prepare it? Is that how you would make it for yourself or your family? Or do you think the spread will magically transfer to the other half when you put them together?

I stopped going here for the same reason, but came back today hoping things have improved. I can't believe it, same everything, the coffee is burnt, it is sitting too long on the warmers. Back to WaWas I guess even though it's an extra 5 minutes out of my way. The staff has to be better trained in coffee service.
