The environment is nice, spacious tables and booths to feel comfortable while eating. Food was good size enough to get you full even as an athlete. I ordered the Tri-Athlete omelet meal (came with pico, toast, and fruit) and substituted the mushrooms for peppers. Got a side of sausages as well. Ate the whole thing.

The cheesy grits are the best. I personally think that Melissa Is the best waitress And i'm always ask for her when I eat at the one in countryside. I never have to ask for my drink to be refilled or a to go cup, it's automatic. So I make sure I tip very well Because good service is very hard to find.
