Long wait for Food. This location is a KFC/Taco Bell. Ordered Taco Bell. Combo of 3 soft shell Supreme tacos with black bean instead of meat. There was more Tortilla than filling. Literally about 4 pieces of lettuce. This location is better for your KFC order. My other Taco Bell only location I'd so much better than this.

I live next to the restaurant I will never ever I said NEVER will give there again. I ordered the new wings hot screwed put of one wing 2nd time I ordered pinto and cheese and tacos Ben's had no cheese and they where tired out. The tacos where sticking to the paper like they where spit on it.
Prepare for a horror show at the KFC/Taco Bell on Missouri Ave in Clearwater. From the moment you step in, the scene resembles a post-apocalyptic mess with tacos littering the floor and trash strewn about. The cashier’s demeanor? It’s as if they’re auditioning for the role of Worst Customer Service Representative of the Year. Ordering becomes a Herculean task, thanks to their uncooperative attitude. But wait, there’s more! Just when you think it can’t get any worse, they decide to cut off access to the soda fountain/machine, leaving you high and dry. Oh, and forget about dining until the advertised closing time of 11 PM – they’ll shut their doors at 9:45 PM, while the cashier, clearly disinterested in their job, mops, dances, and listens to music with headphones plugged in after closing early. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this establishment. It’s a disaster.

Don't go eat here. I almost vomited when I entered the bathroom, it is super big and empty and it only has one toilet that is clogged to make matters worse and they have the tube next to it to unclog it and it is disgusting. I regret that the employees do not clean the tables and the trash cans were full of Coca Cola drinks spilled on their tables. Some MANAGEMENT MYSTERY SHOOPERS should visit them as a surprise and SEE WITH THEIR OWN EYES WHAT THE MAINTENANCE IS LIKE. Food is much cheaper in Pasadena. They have other prices. It is very unfortunate that they work that way. The store manager must incentivize them in some way to improve the quality of customer service.

Says they are open till 11, but they close at 10. Tonight the dining room is closed at 6, drive through is open but ALL lights are off, including the drive through lane and menu. It's like they do not want to work. Lousy management at the store and regional level is likely to blame.

Don’t eat here. Didn’t know the person taking my order was gay and I was calling him sir not knowing until I got to the window. I apologize and left. These dumb mf took 2 bites out of my chicken. Been calling and there not picking up. Your SIR are disgusting.
Drop by for dinner..stood waiting for someone to take my order..4 staff seen me standing there..one very dark skinned guy drifted by..needless to say I got hot..I did indeed stap my fingers at the pathetic drive thru queen...I did indeed curse her..after I saw the staff..I lefted..I wouldn't want any of these nasty people to cook..touch or serve my food ..Management oversight definitely missing at this establishment...enjoyed an excellent meal from Popeye's chicken down the street. Food is not as greasy as KFC for sure.

Trying to reach the restaurant to find out if they have a certain order but the staff is never available to answer the phone. So you end up wasting gas to go there only to find they have run out of the order you wanted.
