The food is always amazing. Huge portions, great taste. Authentic Mexican food. The service is always great and it is usually not crowded in there. It looks like a dive on the outside but the inside has character.
We had a late lunch of veggie quesadillas and shrimp fajitas. The food was fresh, tasty and served hot with a smile. Our server kindly smiled at our feeble Spanish. I ordered a chorizo burrito with yellow rice and refried beans. Delicious! The burrito was large and stuffed with goodness. The yellow rice was nice and firm and the refried beans had nice flavor. The salsa is picante, um hmm. I ordered this to go: sour cream, salsa, and a nice sauce were included along with utensils and napkins. The service was attentive, really polite. The space is clean ... and comfortable.
