I love this place. It's the perfect place to go between classes. James, one of the cashiers, is the sweetest person, and he is very fast. The food is also very good! Would definitely recommend.

My experience somewhere has to be egregiously bad for me to leave this low of a rating and this was such an experience.All I ordered was french fries and a soda. As I am a student, my time to grab something is limited between classes. After a lengthy wait (it was lunchtime, so I get it) I finally get my fries in a bag so soaked with grease it left my hands wet and a wet mark on the table. Somehow the fries were both soggy with grease while also being inedibly undercooked.Now without time left, and unable to eat anything of the fries, I asked to be refunded. I gave them back a full, albeit, soggy bag of fries, of which I tested three fries, all of which I could not eat they were so raw and full of grease.My intention was to come back after classto get a properly prepared order of fries. Can't refund my money if it is more than 5 customer prior? So lunchtime on a college campus, after waiting almost 10 minutes for inedible food that they refused to refund because five students made purchases in the time it took them to cook my food.Not a good look. I am sorry I even gave this place another try. I have had two prior not awesome, but not egregious purchases.I want to support a campus entity and tip the folks working there because they are students and working hard I know every little bit it helps, but with tip I spent 10 to only wind up with a flat Come ZeroFool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I'll hit a vending machine or starve.

9/6/23 Young made with beard and gold chains is rude. I asked for dressing on the side and he puts the dressing on my salad then gets an attitude when I ask for a new salad.

Terrible location. Almost guaranteed to not have your order made properly. When this is brought up to manager (Who gave me a fake name) he will merely say they don’t have the ingredients. So basically you get what they have, without warning, but get charged full price. At least be competent when it comes to customer service if you can’t excel at the actual process of making the food. The management drags this location down and you should absolutely go to one of the many other locations with your hard earned money.
