Just horrible food. I've eaten at numerous restaurants in my 67 years. This place was the worst food I ever ate in my life. My grandson had two mini burgers that were like hockey pucks, 7-Eleven has better ....seriously no joke. Miso soup was like water, absolutely no taste. We sent it back to takeoff our bill. I have no idea what was in the overcooked Crab Rangoons. The pork chop was also way over cooked. I could go on and on, the place should be closed down.Service was great. Atmosphere nice. Food was HORRIBLE. I'm an Italian from NY, I know food.

They had some good GF options - including calamari! I opted for the Steak bites appetizer for my main, that was flavorful. TIP: see if there's a good flavored aioli for the fried yucca.

I came here for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was good, everything came out fast and was flavorful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options

Great experience from start to finish! Food, service, and atmosphere were all above and beyond our expectations.

Great food! Tasty menu, but it is not traditional Thai. We enjoyed the appetizers a lot.

My husband and I went here for dinner once and we were really happy overall with our experience. The food was excellent, both presentation and taste wise. We ordered the Crab Rangoons for an appetizer and they were amazing, some of the best Crab Rangoon's I've had in a long time. My husband ordered the Volcano Sushi Roll for his entree and he loved it, I tried it as well and thought it was very tasty. I ordered the Bone-In Chicken and it was also quite good, however I was not a huge fan of the sauce on the chicken. My husband really enjoyed the chicken too, it definitely had a lot of flavor and was cooked to perfection. Very juicy, not remotely dry which is what you should get at an expensive restaurant such as this one. We ordered the Pandan Brûlée for dessert and it was very yummy, not the best crème brûlée I've ever had but good. The service here was wonderful. Our server was super helpful, kind, and most of all, he was very attentive to our every need. I love the ambiance in this restaurant, it is extremely relaxed and it feels very much like fine-dining. It was very fancy overall and a great dining experience, 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

I came here to see if someone else had stomach issues since Valentine’s dinner since my husband is very sick, and it looks like at least one other person did. My husband had the sea bass. It’s disappointing because the experience was phenomenal. Staff was great, location with sunset was the best, and the speakeasy dessert room was awesome.

Loved the ambiance in the restaurant quaint and not too loud. The service was just ok when we went as it appeared that our server was super busy even though the restaurant wasn't too busy. The food presentation was great and it tasted great as well.

1. Food - I felt as if more care could have been taken to prepare the food. Felt like it was just thrown on. For example, the scallops had a smoky overpowering taste and smell to them, the bread used for the mushroom appetizer could have been toasted more. And most importantly, the steak looked like it was boiled. 2. Plates - just about every plate that I saw was dirty. My water cup had stains on them, and every plate that I was handed had some type of smudge. The food was beautifully plated like artwork, but the stains took away from the overall beauty of the plating of the food 3. Dessert room - the desert room was okay. While I appreciated the free dessert pastries, I would much rather have paid for better quality desserts if that was possible. Though I did love the ambiance and the free champagne. The singer's voice was one of the best voices I've heard. Overall my wife and I were really happy with the ambiance, but we were not all that satisfied with the food. Hope this feedback helps!

Dined here for their Valentine dinner special. They advertised a 5-course meal so my wife and I were excited to try it since one of our favorite v-day dinners in the past was a multicourse meal. I was told when I arrived for my 6:30 reservation at 6:25, I was told it would be about 30 minutes before they cold seat me. Unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber to be so unprepared. The manager seating people seemed completely unbothered by making us wait. Menu consisted of 5 courses of which you could choose something different on only 3 of them. Terrible entree choices for an Asian-fusion menu. My wife decided to add the wine pairing with each course for an extra charge. When the server brought the first course, he did not bring a glass of wine. When I asked where my wife's wine was he replied, " It only comes with the 3 courses you got to choose." I argued the menu stated a glass of wine with EACH course. He tried to explain but failed and eventually brought my wife a full glass of wine for that course due to the "confusion". Now what he brought us as the first course, I guess anyone would conclude it wasnt an actual "course" anyways. It was a half inch by inch piece of tofu served on a PLASTIC spoon with some rice puffs. It wasnt even a real bite of food and it was flavorless. This was one of the 5 courses!? The salads and apps came next followed by a similar 4th course that was just a (stale)rice cracker with two tiny pieces of caviar on it. Again this was hard to even pick up it was so small. There is no sensible reason to call this a 5 course meal. This was the most expensive meal I have ever paid for for two people and I feel like I was completely misled and lied to due to false advertisement by this restaurant. Also my wife and I had to yell at each other the whole meal when speaking because the music was so loud. I will NEVER go back! The dessert room was the saving grace of the evening and the reason this isnt a 1 star review.

This restaurant is located in the beautiful Wyndham Grand Hotel, since I was attending a conference here it afforded me the opportunity to visit this restaurant a number times. With each visit I was reminded how consistent the service and food was the entire week, the staff here is very accommodating and professional. There was nothing served here that I didn't enjoy starting with my first meal, a very high quality tender New Strip cooked perfectly medium rare with a salad and vegetable fried rice this was all served after a number of wonderful shared appetizers which included shrimp dumplings, steak tips, egg rolls. I also enjoyed a catered meal from Ocean Hai for an event I was attending at the hotel this included a wonderful rendition of a surf and turf theme including a beautiful Beef Filet and a large portion of Chilean Sea Bass which started with a incredible cocktail flight and finished with a delicious crème brûlée. Even though the meals here were planned out well ahead of time for our group attending the conference this is definitely a restaurant I'd visit when in the area whether or not I stayed at the hotel...

Sushi was average, nothing special. Pork chop my husband had was mediocre...not much flavor. Chop was close to over cooked. Our lunch at a local ma & pop spot at the marina was much more flavorful. The view at Ocean Hai is what we paid for I feel.

Subpar service and problems with our order. The folks at another table came in after we were seated, were served and left. When they left we finally got our drinks. Two people's orders had issues. One was incorrect and the other was served raw steak. The server was rude and unfriendly. The only thing this place has going is the view and ambience. There are better places for asian fusion with good service. The view is not worth it.
