ZERO STARS... Employee was a young, brown haired girl who looked high. She was on her phone the whole time. She had her pointer finger (fake nail portion) in her mouth while I was ordering. She then grabbed our cups and grabbed 2 Oreos WITH HER BARE HAND and pit it in my cup. I immediately called her out and said you need to wash your hands before you touch my food. She says ohh I wash my hands and put on gloves. I said well you have touched my Oreos before you did any of that....read full review

I was very disappointed when we walked in the workers were sitting around playing games and not even in the kitchen they were also very inappropriate asking us inappropriate questions. They also took 45 minutes to make you rolled ice cream very bad service making us uncomfortable would not recommend!!!!

I went here with some of my friends for a treat while visiting FL. We were very disappointed... When you walk in, it is dark and dingy and looks to be similar to a bar or club. The employees were sitting around not even in the kitchen and were playing games. One of the employees kept giving my very pretty friend inappropriate, flirtatious looks.
