RAW MEAT! So nasty! Dont go here if you actually like cooked food.... they said they were waiting on the burgers to cook, had us pull up. Then brought THESE out... this is NOT COOKED... it was ALL the burgers... RIDICULOUS!

What an awful experience! I had just left a double at a restaurant as a manager. The drive thru got our order wrong and we went back through the drive thru to get the correct sandwich. We waited about 12 minutes to get up to speaker . We explained the issue and the worker told us to pull to window. When it was our turn at window we were greeted by a young lady arms crossed who told us we had to go inside for a new burger. I refused as we had already been told otherwise and why would we even go inside if we were originally in drive thru we obviously didn’t want to go inside!. I asked to speak to the manager as we had been told to drive thru And we had waited so long. Very frustrating. The manager told us she had given us the wrong bag and told us it was no problem and to pull up. We waited another 15 minutes and nothing. I finally went inside and asked to talk to the manager. I was greeted by a different manager. Who was rude at best. We paid $20 per person for our order they got wrong and there was no apology or trying to get it right. I will admit I raised my voice. I told her to find out who told us to pull forward and as a manager she needs to re train that person. The line cook took care of the burger as the manager argued with me. I left she called me trash. Lovely. I said choice words back.I’ve never been treated so poorly. Just unbelievable

My gf went there after the gym and the service was horrible. The fries are cold and soggy, she didn't give the two extra ranches she paid for and the drinks came with no straws. Totally dropped the ball and just an all around bad experience!

One of the worst experiences I've had at a Wendy's location. The staff up front were rude. Acted like I was wrong for asking for condiments with my food. Waited a good 20 mins for my food and only ordered 3 items. The self serve station was completely dirty. There were no paper towels , everything was empty and dirty. Will not be coming back everything was just BAD. I don't not recommend this location

Wish i could give negative stars THEY ARE ALL GHETTO CHILDREN RUDE AND HAVE NO WORK ETHIC HAD AN IGNORANT EMPLOYEE YELL AT ME IN DRIVE THRU THREATEN ME GIVE ME THE FINGER WHILE LEANING OUT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW and when i asked for a manager noone every came out. I called the non emergency police for the threat and they didnt care either. Manager still didnt come out while i let another employee know i was talking to the police. THIS SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC TERMINATION BUT IM SURE THE LACK OF CARE THE MANAGER HAD FOR NOT RESPONDING TO THE ISSUE OR MY CUSTOMER SERVICE I HIGHLY DOUBT IT WILL BE ADDRESSED WORSE SERVICE IVE HAD IN CLEARWATER SINCE I MOVED HER 8 yrs ago AND IT KEEPS GETTING WORSE!

Me and my family is are regular customers, there's a nightshift manager that works there, she's African American or Whatever race she identified as (I'm African American myself) she mostly works window but you know she's manager because she has control over cash drawers and workers, very very very bad attitude!!
