I want to commend the owner for being a great part of this community. I was disappointed with my order and while the experience was unusually sub par he made the time to personally call me and make it right. Gave me the truth and provided great resolution while exchanging feedback. Really appreciate that kind of gesture and service. coming from similar background in my career, it shows that this is a community staple and proud of their service.
Rudest customer service ever!New in the area and I asked the lady on the counter about what a thick pizza means and if it is like Sicilian pizza and right away stop me before I finished talking to say "this is Florida we don't make pizza like Chicago or Sicilian" didn't explain what the pizza is like. There's no A/C in the dining area! Low stock on beverage!Meanest lady ever! No wonder the place is empty!After all the thick pizza is like little Caesars just extra greasy.. not...read full review
