“We had a rental car accident and was totally without anything to drive, while waiting on someone to pick us up, we were shown so much compassion and hospitality from the nice lady that works here. “I went in yesterday with My Service dog, I was greeted with a smile and welcome, I ordered My regular 6 inch Turkey with salad and Honey Mustard, it was fresh, it was tasty and service was very good, a manager said the girl that served me was new, well she did a good job. I will be back.“
“Just went here for some Sunday brunch and it was so delicious! I also loved the vibe and the atmosphere. There was some nice Cuban music playing and several cozy spots to choose from. The servers were very kind and the food came out very fast. My sandwich was perfectly made. The bread was nicely toasted and the eggs were soft and fluffy. I will definitely be back again!“
“We order very frequently from this Jimmy John’s. Food is great, staff is friendly, and it’s always clean. There’s a gentleman who has taken the time to memorize our order and even asks us how our young children are doing when he sees us—nothing invasive, but he pays attention to customers in a way that shows how much he cares about people and their JJ experience. I’m not sure if he’s the franchise owner or the manager, but he’s wonderful. Clearly trickles down to his team as well.“
“We attempted to go through the drive-through, but it wasn’t working. So we went in and were greeted by the friendliest team member who offered us a bunch of ideas for sandwiches. We even spilled a soda and they were quick to pick it up without complaining. The only awful part was the bathrooms are disgusting. They look like they haven’t been cleaned at all. But we did get to walk outside and see a really cute peacock.“
