I rarely leave a review but I was utterly impressed by this restaurant during my visit in Miami. Im Peruvian so I know what the food is like, and not only did the menu and dishes delivered the yummy flavors I was hoping, but they also did some innovative things like the quinoa huancaina with the seco de res. Hazel was our server for dinner. She was so sweet and knew the menu incredibly well. Helpful for our vegetarians in the group as well. All the food came swiftly and at the same time for a table of 6. Compliments to the chef for the authentic flavor and portion sizes. Ceviche was so fresh. I only wish i didn’t play it safe and order shrimp fried rice which you can het anywhere which was tasty anyhow.
