Had a light lunch at Cascade poolside at the Biltmore and it was fabulous. You can’t beat the beautiful location next to the pool. I ordered Shrimp Ceviche and a Stella. The ceviche was very fresh with bits of avocado, mango and jalapeño and lots of lime juice. It was very tart just the way I like it. The chips were fantastic with a sprinkling of Tejin—Spicy and crunchy. They were out of Stella on tap, so I had the can, which was fine, but not as good a the tap. The service...read full review
LOVED the scenery, vibe, amazing food & presentation at value prices considering all the above. Our server Reynel was very hospitable and overall great. Even loved the Latin Jazz background music playing. Highly recommend!!

Great food. Cooked perfectly. Poolside tables are wonderful and peaceful. Love this grand ole hotel and resort. And my server was excellent too. Very friendly and accommodating. I'll be back!!
