The last time I visited Bonefish Grill was before Covid and in Buffalo. I was so excited to be back and they did not disappoint. I had to order the Bang Bang Shrimp a signature dish that earned its reputation for good reason. The shrimp are succulent and crispy, coated in a creamy, wonderful spicy sauce that has just the right amount of kick. I absolutely love this dish and many try to copy but never get it right. This is one of my go to places in Coral Springs! Stephen is an awesome bartender, so friendly and knows how to make a great cocktail! When we dine in Julian takes care of us his knowledge of the menu is unbelievable! Ask for Stephen or Julian if you go in :) excellent food and drinks!!

Shrimp tacos, fish and chips were good and plenty for lunch. The bread was delicious with olive oil and pesto dip. The house salad had umami and visual appeal. But the mussels was the best for this lunch, with great wine sauce and hearty enough for lunch.
