Came in for a family meal they are out of beans corn and French fries can’t substitute with plantains. Ordered plantains came all the way home to find a family meal of chicken plantains and NO.rice. Tried calling no answer. Staff is in the kitchen with the manager just talking barely could get anyone to serve me. Such a shame what’s happening at pollo
After work I obviously went to dinner and I find the pleasant surprise that there were no beans... I couldn’t believe that in a Pollo Tropical there are no beans...The order took a long time, they give more priority to the drive thru and all the orders go wrong.If I had read the reviews first, I wouldn’t even have thought of coming here. Ordered three(3) servings of Tostones and they took over 45 minutes to get to my ticket and came back and told me they only have a single serving. Asked for a refund and the cashier totally ignored me and was very rude. Asked for a manager who was equally rude. Never Again!!!!!!
