All employees are hidden in the back. Food came out So fast that it wasn't even Hot or finished. We paid over $20 for rice burritos. We ordered 2 Grilled cheese burritos and there was No meat in them,and we paid extra for Chicken instead of beef and they were Soggy. And wet. They are supposed to be Hot and crispy grilled burritos. The chicken chipotle burrito has about 3 bites of chicken and A lot of rice that's all it tasted like. The Mexican pizza was cold soggy,had No flavor....read full review
They have a young kid working the register. That is very nice and observant to peoples needs. Atmosphere is low because inside is usually empty. And it's somewhat dark if you don't sit by the windows.

I don't understand HOW MANY TIMES IVE STRESSED THIS TO THE WORKERS, to put extra meat and cheese on my nacho bell grade and everytime they don't do it. Why am I paying for the extras if I'm not getting it? ABSOLUTELY NOT. For example, today I went to see if they could redeem themselves so I ask them to put extra meat and cheese and how everytime I ask they don't do it and to make sure they do, but yet again they didnt.
