Ordered my food and my bread was supposed to be a biscuit and corn muffin. I was given a biscuit and was told the corn muffins were in the oven. About 7 minutes went by and I asked for them to check on the corn muffins. I was told 10 minutes another server told other customers it would be 20 minutes. I asked for the rest of my meal to go. Checking out “how was your meal”? I stated it would’ve been better if there were corn muffins. The cashier stated yeah they stated on some of the online orders they were out of corn muffins.

Food took over an hour to get to the table , then part of the order was left off , and most all of it was cold..just bad..and there were only 6 of us . Food was not all that . I love cracker barrel , but this was just a horrible experience for me and my family. Sorry ,but the truth hurts.Parking: Large open parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids love this place.

Stopped there two days in a row. My wife is a former employee and was impressed by the servers and by the management staff being out and about on the floor. The food and service were excellent and the checkout cashiers were pleasant and very efficient. Servers Barb and Natalia were over and above your normal wait staff and provided the crowning touch to a very good experience at your restaurant.
One of our BEST Cracker Barrel experiences anywhere was yesterday at the Crestview, FL location. Sarah B. was our server and she was wonderful! Although all of the employees we encountered were very friendly and made us feel welcome -(unlike some locations we have visited). The food was delicious and came out faster than usual. No complaints here... Except they're too far to visit unless traveling!!
It was definitely busy, but the service and food was very good. I think our server was Betsy. She was attentive, kept our coffee cup filled, she was friendly. Nice personality.The steak tips were cooked to my liking. I always enjoyed hash brown casserole and eggs. My husband enjoyed the Country fried steak with gravy
