The bread was so stale I had to pull it off my hamburger and eat the burger without bread and my French fries were cold even though I was parked for hot fries. Also the menu said it was $9.49 and I was charged $10.49 and the lady said it was taxes but the receipt reflected an increase in price did not match their menu.

Went through the drive thru, got our order and drove away to the first stop sign. While waiting at the stop sign to pull out onto the busy highway, a very dedicated and honest employee came running out, yelling, and stopping us. We had driven off without our debit card. Can't thank her enough!

I always eat here and the food is always great. And it's not something that would cause me to take away a star, however I can't believe that this is your milkshake.... It's maybe half of a cup of milkshake and then a fourth of a cup of whipped cream and then nothing in the lid. I will not be getting milkshakes from this location again. This was very disappointing.

lower the price or stop screwing people I just ordered food from them 1 meal a burger by it self and 20 piece chicken tenders it cost me $41 I was told at the drive-thru speaker $21 but when I got to the window he said he meant to say $41 and I didn't even get my fries

Always polite and patient staff, my food is always hot and tastes freshly made. Also my food looks neat and wrapped well unlike some places that just throw food together. I enjoy stopping here when i drive through.
Understand the staffing shortage, appreciate it being open. They honestly told me they were out of lettuce which was not a big deal. What I didn't like was getting off the freeway pulling up to find contradicting signs. They post they are all about Covid prevention yet prevent customers to come in and dine. Meal was hot and tasted good. Even the unsweetened ice tea was better than expected. I realling wanted to sit down inside to eat.

I go drive threw this morning and got to Frisco meals. My total added up to over $19 tell my husband questions about the amount of that come to find out the manager of this Hardee's had upgraded my meal to a large without my knowledge didn't give me the option to tell them that I wanted it or didn't want it large. So I pulled back around to the window and basically the lady said she assumed that I wanted at Large how can you assume if you never gave me the option! That's what you call Greedy managers

Used a buy one get one free combo coupon. Diamond didn’t want to take the coupon at first because she already rung up the order. I told her that was the only reason I came and we can cancel if she can’t take it. Wasn’t rude, just told her the truth since all I had was $20 bill. She finally took the coupon.
