It was my wife’s and I first time eating at Hub City after a recommendation from a friend. We ate breakfast and WOW was it delicious! I had the breakfast skillet which was very good and my wife got the pancakes which were huge, fluffy, and yummy. The wait staff was super nice and very tentative to customer needs. Atmosphere was very nice with nice wait staff and them having an outside seating area. Stopped for lunch while traveling. Nice atmosphere and good service. The Hub City Nachos were great and my wife's Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese was very good. I had a three meat combo with pulled pork, chicken and ribs. The meat had a good taste but was a little dry. They have a pretty wide variety of sauces, they were all pretty good.
