I love bbq. I love smoked wings. A good smoked wing needs no sauce to help it. I used a hot sauce and blue cheese. The best smoked wings are at Kooter Brown's in Jay, Florida. They are worth the drive. I am giving this an overall score of 2. It's all about the wings for me.

It was my wife’s and I first time eating at Hub City after a recommendation from a friend. We ate breakfast and WOW was it delicious! I had the breakfast skillet which was very good and my wife got the pancakes which were huge, fluffy, and yummy. The wait staff was super nice and very tentative to customer needs. Atmosphere was very nice with nice wait staff and them having an outside seating area. I highly recommend anyone to try it and they will be hooked especially breakfast!Kid-friendliness: The wait staff was very nice to our 15 month old daughter!

Used to be our go to place, multiple times a week and it has gone so far downhill. The staff is rude and spends more time chatting with each other than paying attention to the customers. The ribs are dry and terrible and the grease they use to fry things tastes old and dirty.

Stopped for lunch while traveling. Nice atmosphere and good service. The Hub City Nachos were great and my wife's Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese was very good. I had a three meat combo with pulled pork, chicken and ribs. The meat had a good taste but was a little dry. They have a pretty wide variety of sauces, they were all pretty good.

Truly a shame. We used to dine here two times a week. However, the servers were curt and more interested in closing down the restaurant early to go home, giving us an attitude, dirty looks and making quite a racket while cleaning around us. It is a shame. We really enjoyed dining there but the owner should be more concerned with how there long time diners are treated by staff members. Not a good way to keep a successful restaurant.
