I went thru drive thru and order a mccrispy fresh. And dealt with a RUDEEE manager who was mad over the request . Then i watched her spit in my drink. And slammed the window in my face so i went back around and asked for a new drink which she spit in again. So i told her shes being rude and unprofessional and then i asked for the corporate number and was told “I DONT KNOW IT” so i said “whats your name” and she said makinze . I just wanted some fresh food not a spit in drink

Most of the time my order is correct, it was wrong yesterday after lunch, but I spoke with a manager & They said they will take care of me. This morning, however they got it correct. And my bacon, egg cheese biscuit is perfect!

Everything online and in the windows say it opens at 4:00 AM. Pulled up to drive thru at 4:52 AM and all the screen were off and no one was on intercom. Circled around and saw lights on in the kitchen, but no one present. They lost my business for good.

Always closing early, there's been several times I've ordered on the app, I get to the store and they've closed early. I understand short staffing but turn it off if your gonna close early. ? When I am able to get food it is always good though but that's very rare now.

Only place I usually go to on the way to work. Breakfast is always great. Although past two times I've been there for lunch+ the buns have been stale on the hamburgers.-been a long time since I've left this review, since then the place has been great. The fresh patty taste makes it the best McDonald's in town. The management is SUPER nice and helpful, not entitled or mean to the staff or customers.Kid-friendliness: Clean music and comfortable atmosphere even when busy

Went here a couple of times and the service is lacking, IE often just waiting either to order, pay, or get my food. As well the food prices have gone up to a point where you might as well just go to a higher quality place or eat at home.4 dollars for a large fry is not worth it.

Food was normal, fresh and hot. Service was nonexistent. I didn't feel like using the kiosk, so I went to the counter to place my order. 5 employees looked at me at least a dozen times and shuffled off to do other things. I waited 11 minutes before one of them, literally sighed and came over as said. How can I help you? I said I would like to place my order? She said, OH, Okay let me find someone for you. I waited another 6 minutes before someone came over. I was the only customer in the building. Unbelievable.

Took my daughter here and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly, "Hello there!" Though its raining outside; the young gentleman's greeting made a typical McDonald's visit a cheeful place to be. Great job young man, you are a ray of sunshine!

If I could give zero stars I would. The woman taking orders in the drive thru was extremely rude and unprofessional. She never told me my total, I had to figure it out after she gave me my receipt. Service was excruciatingly slow. We were probably in line for over 20 minutes and there were only 4 cars ahead of us. We've been disappointed by this location every single time we've visited and tonight was the final straw. I won't keep spending my money at a place that consistently lets me down when there are 3 other locations in town.

Went to the drive-through at 10:30 PM. Website says they close at 11 PM pulled up to the window. I see them and they’re cleaning. They look at me and ignore me for a good 10 minutes. I literally sat there and watch the girl cleaning the drink machines acting like I didn’t exist at 10:30 PM.
