FOOD always cold. They don't keep dining room very clean. Always have to clean table in dining area to sit and eat. They're staff is just not friendly or welcoming along with rushing you thru the line when your ordering. Some of us don't have the menu memorized. Lol! unfortunately my 6 year old grandson likes the sesame chicken...so that's why we go on occasion.

Went through the drive thru this evening 2/12/2024 around 8:30. They were out of some items we ordered. Instead of saying they were out they made it fresh for us! We happily waited while they cooked it. My daughters and I really appreciated them doing that. Dinner was delicious and the employees were awesome. Thanks again!

The food was barely warm I was concerned I would get sick if I ate it but I took a chance then so far so good. I also found the price to be a little lonely expensive side for what I was offered as a portion. I don't believe I would go there again. Also the carriage in the fried rice were raw which I didn't find palatable.

I ordered twice now for delivery and they do not send all the order. I use the app and it shows I ordered the large apple pie roll and large chicken egg roll but I only get one. I called the second time it happened and they want me to drive in to shoe my receipt. I had it delivered because I am working. I do not have time today. I will not be ordering delivery again from Panda Express.

I have ordered food here, usually it was pretty good, but last night I ordered some fried rice, and chow mein, it was worst meal I ever had !!!! The rice and chow mein was so dry I almost choked on it, I couldn't even eat it ! And I paid good money for that, it wasn't cheap ! I'm looking at all the reviews, they don't get responses, so that tells me you don't care about customer service ? I think I'll take my money elsewhere
Staff was prompt with good cook to order choices I picked and Eloisa was exactly the friendly helpful customer service experience anybody would want. 10/10

This past evening I was hungry for Panda Express, and for the second time I drive up to the order window and there is "NO" steam/white rice! Now what kind of Chinese Restaurant is this when they can't even serve plain white rice. Because this is my second failure at this establishment, needless to say that it is my final and last time to support this particular Chinese Restaurant. There are others here in town that I will support because they will have white rice.

First off! My family is the biggest Panda fans~We ordered DoorDash on a Sunday nite~it came a complete mess. All our food was filled with water~ I guess for weight. I called an Adrianna was so nice n helpful offering to replace our food. I drove there 2 days later right when they opened up. The mean Asian lady made us wait and gave the food that came out to others~made us sit there n wait~ignoring us an giving us bad looks. Adrianna walked over n saw the mushroom chicken was pretty much gone , so she told us some fresh was coming soon. We were waiting for fresh for our a la cart n plate, and that mean lady walked over and scraped the leftovers~mainly gravy and not even full and gave that to us. We will not let that mean unappreciative asian lady ruin it for us, but we will never go to her again. Kuddos to Adrianna for trying to help us~ you rock!!!!!!Just ordered again~ plate n a la cart~ door dashed it~my a la cart was full of under cooked black pepper chicken ~ it was mainly huge chunks of raw onions~ old chicken mixed w/ new under cooked chicken. The plate was the same! This is not cheap food. They have a real big problem w/giving ample MEAT in their dishes. The owner is not nice~ she is very unprofessional~does not appreciate customers ~ they really skimp when they deliver , because they can! I’m not eating there anymore ~ even after we do reviews ~they don’t care~ I will spend my money elsewhere.

Never reviewed order! I had to call the restaurant 3 times before they picked up the phone. I spoke with an employee that really had no clue what to say or even what to do. She told me to call Door Dash and gave me the drivers phone number. We called the number several times with no answer. We also found out that the food was supposedly dropped off and hand delivered to customer, as which was not the correct address. No help from Panda Express except a refund after speaking to them for 10 mins. Plus, Panda Express advised me to call Door Dash. I calledDoor Dash and they have no information with the order number, phone number or email. Door Dash said that I would have to call Panda Express directly. Very disappointed with the service and how they go about taking care of the customer.
