Third time in a row at this Subway that order was wrong when ordering online and curbside pickup. I guess if you are not watching them to make corrections or hold accountable they take liberties. Ordered double grilled chicken and both ends of the bun were all bread. So I figured it was just piled in the middle...nope. just was the serving. I thought maybe I was being overly judgmental but even my wife thought it looked small as I always get double meat and I never mentioned my concerns to her. 3 reasons I didn't get corrected...it was BOGO, the drive back and you have to almost not touch it for them to honor a return.

The employee asked for my order.I advised two 6 inch subs and advised which bread. The employee slopped the meat and cheese onto the bread in clumps.Note.......the employees were not wearing hair nets (long, bushy hair), no gloves.The lettuce was brown and wilted.They had mayonnaise, but no Dijon or Spicey Mustard. They advised that they only have yellow or honey mustard. I think it's odd that a sub sandwich restaurant would not have Dijon or Spicey Mustard.Then they refused the coupon which they have in the Baker School (local school) fundraiser book, I purchased from Baker School, less than a month ago. The employee advised that their Manager said not to honor those coupons. The coupon clearly states it's not accepted in DeFuniak Springs or Freeport Florida locations. Nothing on website stating this coupon not accepted at 1490 N Ferdon Blvd. location.Two 6 inch subs and two cookies, $20.00 (coupon not honored).Now I remember why I quit eating at Subway.* Unsanitary practices.* Nasty.* Failure to honor coupon. (Only reason I went there).Absolutely DO NOT recommend the Subway, located at 1490 N Ferdon Blvd. in Crestview, Florida.

It's changed since the old crew doesn't work there anymore. The new crew constantly leaves the Hispanic kid alone to do all the work in the front. He was working on so many sandwiches alone while the others just fooled around in the back. Finally a brunette girl comes and skips me. She wouldn't even acknowledge the Hispanic kid when he would need something she was standing in front of. I understand not liking a coworker but she makes it unbearably obvious every time I go. She ruins my experience every time by isolating and ignoring the hardest worker there.
