Poor lonely guy working by himself during, what I would assume is the busiest time of the day! Can't keep up! Where are the owners/managers anyone? Absolute joke. Happened a few weeks ago and thought "maybe I'll give it another try" bad mistake 30 minute wait for a smoothie! I pretty sure this is a tax right off as there is zero atmosphere here. All lights in dining area off, dirty floors etc. NEVER AGAIN. I feel bad for this lone scout!

Ordered pickup from this place today which stated they were open. I get to the store to pick up my order and the place looks like it was shutdown back in the 2000’s. Would really love to get my refund back!

Ordered the chicken Thai wrap and it didn’t have any protein on it….I’ve never seen a wrap this thin. It’s just lettuce and sauce. All I asked for was no sesame seeds because a previous time it was loaded with sesame seeds it was actually gross. Then Tried to call the store but no answer. :(

I ordered a hawaiian breeze with splenda..as I have for the last 10 years. It is not on the menu anymore but I never have any problems getting it. The girl the window told me they didn't offer it any more and I told her that I just had a the other day. She relooked and found it. She told me my total was over $9. I have been getting this for years and it's always been between five and seven dollars. Anyways, I didn't question it, bc I still wanted it no matter the price. I drove off, as I started drinking my drink, I noticed hard plastic pieces in the drink. After the 3rd time I threw the drink away. I was too far to turn around. This is unacceptable. Worst experience at any tropical smoothie I've ever been too!!

I love TS! Their smoothies are my favorite. I order on the app to get points, but will not be doing that again at this location. It was not clean inside, the restrooms were dirty & stained. The restaurant was dusty. Further more, my order was placed on the app but they made it AFTER people walking in even though they were not busy. Therefore, the app said my order would be ready at a certain time but it was not ready. It was well after the time even though again, it was not busy, they were not making the app orders in a timely manner.

Stopped on the way home. Have always liked Tropical Smoothie. I got the greens Smothie with kale, spinach, banana and strawberries with the energizer added. It was great. It has become considerably pricey but so has everything else.

please stop using unripe bananas for the smoothies!! its gross. i used to love the jetty punch but every time i come here for the past year it tastes horribly due to the unripe bananas. looks like i am keeping my money!

I’m not sure how this place stays in business, they never are at the drive through, when you try and go inside the doors are locked (when it states they’re open and they’re cleaning the windows right in front of you and walk away)The smoothies are great, but the management is terrible. I have seen only 1 person who works here. I have been to the Tropical smoothie in niceville and never had these problems.
Love their smoothies amazing but the time you wait and the customer service is awful. I sat in the drive through no one answered me. I had to call the store while I’m sitting in the drive through. Management needs to really work on time. Also I was charged 17$ for one smoothie and I know the cashier put in his own tip cause he said paper was out of machine to provide me a receipt. I ask for manager to call me back. Nooone ever called me.

Ordered lunch- sandwich and a smoothie.Smoothie was good. 5 starsSandwich was mediocre at best, bacon did not looked fully cooked and lettuce was limp. kale and apple salad was old, apples were soft and brown, not crisp and fresh.
