The brisket was really good/Smokey. Ribs were great..soft meat the way I like it. The chicken was ok but needed seasoning or brining. Mac and cheese was good; corn pudding was yummy. Overal good meal…I will go again. Will not get the coleslaw…no flavor at all..very blah; or the Greens which were flavored with leftover bbq which was nice and was spicy but needed vinegar/seasoning.

The food was amazing, but the customer service from both Loni & Paris truly made the experience. I came in with and made a fairly big order that the took the time to split everything up by name on the order, gave us all the condiments we needed. Definitely an awesome experience.Derek Daigle

I prefer my gumbo thickened with okra, but their's is still pretty good. Good food all around, really. Friendly staff and fast service. When it's what you're craving, it really hits the spot.

Delicious ? ... Seriously , I have never had better . Sliced Beef Sandwich / Potato Salad / Sweet Potatoes . Wow ! The sauces were great also . Food worth the $$ . Seriously. We ordered the jumbo, with red beans and rice as a side,... To try it... And pulled pork sandwich with jambalaya as a side...to try it. Very pleased with the flavor of everything! Too much rice in the gumbo, but that's just me. I like the gumbo to be the main event, not the rice. Giving only 4 stars do to the rice and sauces on the table were pretty much empty. We will go back because we did enjoy all the great flavors. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Store clean and comfortable, portion sizes were adequate, not too much, not too little. Recommend!!

Fair Warning the food has a distinct cajun kick to it. This is not a bad thing to those who like it but if you are expecting a sticky sweet experience you are in the wrong place.I have never had Barbecue in New Orleans and if this is what they are serving there I am missing out and need to educate myself better. For a chain I did not feel like I was eating "chain style" food.Want a different than average just smoked meat experience then head on over there and give them a try, you will probably be back.

First time here, great variety menu. I ordered the shrimp tater with sautéed shrimp they were somewhat slimey not the buttery kind, I might try them fried next time. My coworkers ordered bbq they enjoyed it.

I cannot remember the last time I had food this bad. I am so incredibly disappointed. The brisket was horribly dry and old. The bbq sauce was runny. The bbq jambalaya was ok and the sweet potato souffle was decent. The beignets were sweaty and chewy. The food itself was lukewarm. Now I know why there was only two people sitting down and two people in line after us when we walked in on Memorial day. The sign said under new management, well apparently this place should be shut down.

Friendly, fast service. All 4 of us tried 4 completely different types of meals - all enjoyed. Food was hot, sauces great, and price of a sandwich, side and drink was no more than any of the "combo" prices at fast food chains. Unlimited refills dining in. Will definitely go back.
