The shift kept this place so spotless!! When I walked in I was greeted with inviting smiles ! Caleb was my waiter and was fast an accurate. Scott was the side show to those super shiny grills and cooked my food extremely fast and yummy. ? Suzy was in my blindside cleaning windows and just over kind. I love my experience in waffle and will make this my primary stop!! Give them a raise NOW!! Thanks Jess ❤️❤️

Sat for the better part of 10 minutes in a booth (2 people) without anyone acknowledging our presence. It wasn't even that busy at the time.Update: 12/2023 food and service quality couldn't get worse. Pretty nasty as well.

I came in to the Waffle House on the north side to complain about the Waffle House at a James Lee Blvd since the phones would not let me get through to an actual person when I called. This location, the north side, where Mr. James works, is not where I had the problem, but he fixed me up real nice and I definitely will be coming back to the Waffle House on the north side when James is working!!! I had and issue with the Waffle House on James Lee Blvd, I told them two times I wanted slivered onions on my burger, I even went back for a third time after the burger was given to me to ask for slivered onions in a wrapper, and the cook and waitress told me he gave me onions under my burger, I just left because I knew what I was up against. They gave me onions in my hashbrowns which I did Not ask for with my burger, and in the burger they gave me the sautéed onions, again, which I did not ask for. I wanted slivered onions. So I’ll have to drive all the way back to Waffle House on James Lee Blvd to complain about them giving me what they wanted me to have vs what I asked for. Smh****Update**** I went to this location the same day to speak with a manager and was told the manager did not come in and they did not know who the the manager was working now…. Yup.. Welcome to my world!

I stopped going to this one because NO ONE should be handling food without gloves. Not only that, but wearing acrylics longer than you fingers themselves while slapping your cheese on hash-browns or a burger with bare hands is a major turn off. ?The food always comes out one at a time, which is a nuisance and its not always hot either. Atmosphere isnt welcoming, waitresses are fine.

We only eat at this Waffle House in town and Matt ended up being our waiter and he was amazing! He is genuinely a great guy super sweet and can tell he loves his job always had a smile on his face and very welcoming. Some people who work there are kinda mood killers but not Matt! We have always left with a smile and in a better mood when he’s there even if he doesn’t serve us but after today we will always request him if he’s there!!!
