I LOVE zaxbys !! I actually went the other day ( in crestview on s. ferdon) and the drive thru was so busy but i still decided to wait anyways, this girl Gabi was such a wonderful help will definitely keep returning great staff !

I’m writing to acknowledge the manager, Brittany. I had an experience in drive through that didn’t meet the expectations of what I know the business can serve. I called and spoke with Brittany about the issues with my experience and she was calm, understanding and genuinely wanted to correct the issue. I was afforded a credit and when I returned days later she even remembered me and ensured our order was accurate. As a server in food for nearly 2 decades this is what makes customers return. Always delicious but they won’t restock the Minute Maid Sugar Free Mixed Berry after an entire month of Fridays of me asking, so probably won’t be back. ?♀️ I’m diabetic and the sugar free options are important to me.

First time. Chicken fingers cooked perfectl. Zack’s sauce good to. Friendly workers. Diet Dr Pepper for those kind of people.
This zaxbys is not like others for sure. Slow, sometimes your food is cooked properly, sometimes it isn’t. You might get what you paid for/maybe not. Don’t leave until you double check it.Dietary restrictions: Safe for me and I am a highly reactive celiac. Make sure there is no toast. I get traditional wings, fries and Zac sauce.

I pulled up threw thr drive thru and all I smelt was weed what a dump to work for manager is encluded

Great food a bit expensive but I enjoyed their sauces for their chicken quite well.Parking: It has great parking but it is incredibly difficult to get out of the parking lot and back onto the main road. If it was easier to get in and out of I would likely eat here more frequently.

There is little to no consistency. Sometimes you go on and the food is delicious and other times the food is less than mediocre. The food for the most part is over priced, but there are some menu items worth it. Trying to use the Zaxby's app should be intuitive, but the deals fail to be applied. I recently tried to use the 5 free tenders with a purchase of $5 or more, I ordered the salad which qualified for the deal and they failed to apply the deal and charged me for the order anyway. The cashier seemed to just be on autopilot and not bother to even try to correct the issue. In summation if you catch them at the correct time the food is great, but I have struggled to find when the "right" time is. That being said the Zalad is large and when the tenders are cooked right it's great, well worth the $11
