I went here with my family to eat some Panera bread since it normally never disappoints.We order as usual, waiting for the normal amount of time, but things get stranger from here on out.There was barely any coffee in the machines, and not a single napkin canister in sight!Then we were called saying there were no everything bagels (this is pretty usual for us so we didn’t mind it). I think they are just severely understaffed??? Waiting forever to place the order, which got messed up. Requested no verde sauce and still got it mixed in the bowl. There is also something depressing there , dark and people don't smile ...
