Good crispy chicken salad at this Pollo Tropical. The food was good, I used the mobile app so I requested for a pick up. The restaurant is located not far from Interstate 595, so it was an easy spot to get to. My food was ready when promised and it was on the shelf with other orders ready to be picked up. Tried doing an online order, but the pick up time went from 20 minutes to 40 to an hour between the time I placed the order. Pretty awful for a place that is supposed to function as a drive thru.
