“Went here for my aunt's birthday and they brought out a delicious dessert for her great service the waiters were so nice and 1 order came out wrong and with no hesitation they fixed it love this place definitely will be coming back again soon“

“A first visit for me . Food presentation and desert presentation are perfectly executed . However, the pasta dishes to me are very small portions, but delicious.Large wine list as well. You get outstanding service by the wait staff. My only issue is nobody smiles or laughs . Everyone is so serious. Maybe because it's an expensive place to dine? “When we first walked in, we were kind of worried, not going to lie. The waitress was no nonsense, and I respect her for that.The salad, minestrone soup, and home made bread were all amazing and flavorful. My husband ordered a cheese pizza and loved it. Florida does have good pizza after all! My chicken caccitore was absolutely 10/10. I shared some with my husband and he said its just like how his grandma used to make it.Another review said this place is very old school Italian, and I agree with that sentiment.My family of 6 left with full bellies and were so happy we decided to give this place a try.“
“Always good but like most restaurants in the daytona area they charge alot for the food and skip out on the service alot. I am only saying that because i was a waiter in vegas making 2-3 thousand dollars in one night Friday and sat i coul easily clear 5000.00 .“

What I didn’t like was the fact that the cashier touch the customer pizza with no gloves on, then cashed out his payment, then proceeded to take my order, she THEN grabs my two slices with no gloves on! That is not cool! You don’t touch other people’s food without gloves! But other than that the pizza was good!“
“Barbara runs the place like a boss even at its busiest, treats you like family the moment you walk through those doors. Even though they weren’t doing pizza when we came in, she made the accommodation to make one for us! The chicken parm was excellent as well. They make their own sauce and it’s DIFFERENT and BETTER than any other marinara I’ve tasted. Love Don Vito’s, it’s a great spot for date night!“
