Went in to place an order today. The lobby was full of people waiting on their food which makes sense as it is a holiday. We decided we would use the kiosk to try not to bother the team catching up. Unfortunately the kiosk was down and we needed assistance from the counter staff. It's sad that all these fast food places only honor what they advertise if you download their app. The way things are now a days you shouldn't have to download anything to get what they advertise. It was years since I went to Wendy's and it will be years again. I quit going to Macdonalds for the same reason.

This place is a freaking joke. Either no one working here is remotely close to having a functional brain or they simply don't care to do their job. We tried to order breakfast at 10:28 am... the lady said they were out of everything because they were switching to lunch.. tried to order lunch.. then apparently they weren't serving lunch yet. So, in conclusion, a fast food joint that is open and operational could not serve us food. Make it nake sense?!?! ?‍♀️ I just.... wow.
