I love this pizza but you need to do on board training for all staff/management. I would assume there's standards of operation staff needs to follow. Its management that needs basic customer service training and a sense of logic. Then train staff so they know what they need to do as well, build moral or something. Place is a joke. Been here a few times and every time it’s worse and worse. They refused to refund someone who went to pick up with food but someone else took the food who wasn’t supposed to have it. Cops were called and the restaurant still wouldn’t refund so the amazing cop bought the person a new pizza with her own money. I love the extra most bestest pizza. Other locations add EXTRA. I attempted to order a delivery from the website. For whatever reason it decided that it should be delivered on 12/31.....I also attempted to vall the store only to be put on hold then have the manager who was 100% clueless asked me "what is wrong with the pizza" apparently you don't need tonkjow how to pay attention to manage a Little Ceasers...Then this oblivious woman told me "the pizza is coming" I asked "when can I expect it?"
