If you order your food on their App to pick up, Panera wants you to add a tip. For counter service? They have no staff earning tip wage. Suspect the business keeps the “tips” and the staff never see them. Bread and sandwiches are great, but not much fresh to be found. Even the peppers are canned and soggy.
