Probably one of the poorest Panera shops we've ever been in. Corporate would have a fit if they paid a visit. Breads are not as fresh as they should be, the staff is not well trained and is constantly changing, and the outside tables are looking rusty and not kept up or too clean. It's a shame because we live in the neighborhood and still choose to drive to the Panera in Boca which is much better run.
I moved near this location in June and my first time visiting this Panera the a/c was not working and the toaster didn’t toast. 4 months later, I’ve visited this location a few more times throughout and the a/c and toaster are still broken. I genuinely feel bad for the employees. Corporate, do your job.
