Super great-tasting pizza. Ordered a pie for pickup that became ready in a reasonable and expected timeframe. The store associates demonstrated effective and compassionate customer service answering all my questions and fulfilling their role’s expectations, while going above and beyond.
If I could score "0" stars I would . I ordered from this location (garlic sticks and a pizza). While eating my garlic sticks there was a bandaid COOKED to the bread. I called the location back and all the manager could do was apologize and give me a refund and remake the order. I declined the remake because yuck. I will NEVER eat at this location again. She said she would handle the situation by checking her employees to "see" if anyone had come in wearing a bandaid. She also...read full review
